What is a charging plan?
A charging plan enables customers to enjoy discounted rates during promotional periods.
What is “Energy Quota” under “YOUR PRIVILEGES”?
An energy quota refers to the allocated amount of energy that a customer can access at a discounted rate during a specific promotional period .
Where can new users find their activation code?
The activation code will be accessible to new users within the welcome email sent by Shell Recharge to your registered email account
Where can I find my charging plan?
Charging plan can be found under “Subscriptions” under the menu tab on the Shell Recharge Asia app’s landing page
How do I know my remaining energy quota?
Energy quota can be found under Manage my plans section in ‘Subscriptions'
I received the invitation email & activation code for the charging plan/promotion on a different email address than the one used for my Shell Recharge account. Can I use the activation code on my Shell Recharge account to activate the plan?
Ideally, the same email address that corresponds to your Shell Recharge account should be used. However, if you received the activation code on a different email, kindly contact our customer service centre at 6227 5944 or support.asia@shellrecharge.com with your Shell Recharge email address and name of your charging plan/promotion.
I am unable to activate my charging plan/promotion using the activation code provided to me. What should I do?
Review the instructions provided in the email. It should outline the steps to activate the plan using the activation code. If you’re unsure or encounter any issues during the activation process, kindly reach out to our customer service centre at 6227 5944 or support.asia@shellrecharge.com with your Shell Recharge email address and name of the charging plan/promotion. They can guide you through the necessary steps.
My charging plan/promotion does not have any energy consumption limit on the discount. However, the mobile app shows a limit. Why is that?
If your plan does not have any energy consumption limit, you can certainly enjoy the discounts without any interruption even though you might see a limit specified in the mobile app.
The energy consumed value is incorrect. What should I do?
