Becoming a Shell Retailer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) performance
• Monitor daily operations and performance of sales, manpower and customer service standard at fuel station, recruit and develop people
• Drive sales and promotion strategies
• Propose recommendations base on business analysis and market intelligence

Application Criteria

• Diploma or above
• Preferably 5 years of working experience in retail/service industry
• Willing to take up business ownership 24/7
• Experienced in Service sector and operating a store/outlet/restaurant ideally in fuel retail industry
• Experienced in Managing manpower (interview, training, scheduling)
• Possess a passion to serve and an individual with self-driven initiatives
• Successful candidate selected for onsite training will be first offered the position of Management trainee with training allowance prior to converting to Retailer position.
